Privacy policy and booking terms

Who we are
Blessings Commercial Care (UEN 53518856X), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For any data request, email inquiry@blesscommcare.com.
What we collect
- Booking and quotation details: name, mobile number, email, address, company name, the services you choose and any notes you add.
- Messages you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as your IP address during a booking request.
Why we use it
To schedule and carry out your booking, prepare quotations, contact you about your job, and protect the website from spam and abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Services we rely on
- Google Calendar, to check free times and record your booking.
- Google reCAPTCHA, to check that forms are sent by people. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Our email provider, to send booking copies and quotations.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there.
- OneMap (Singapore Land Authority), to fill in your street address from the postal code you type.
- Google Maps, to show our location on the Contact page.
Cookies and storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your service selection is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. Details you type into a booking form are kept only in that browser tab, so a refresh does not lose them, and are cleared when you close the tab. Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will reply within 30 days.
Booking terms
- All prices are in Singapore dollars and nett.
- A minimum call-out charge of $120 applies to each visit. Jobs in the CBD (postal districts 01 to 08) add $50.
- Items shown with a price range, such as L-shaped sofas, are confirmed on site before work starts.
- Silicone, caulking and some epoxy work are priced on your estimated measurements. The actual price may change after the onsite check.
- Promo packages and their add-on prices are for home (consumer) customers only. Add-on prices apply only when Package 1 or Package 2 is in the same booking.
- Commercial prices are estimates. The final quotation follows a site survey, and prices may change.
- A booking is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp. To change or cancel, message us as early as possible.
